This is an annoying one. Haven't changed any settings in weeks. Got in the car and saw a red warning on the screen "no GPS". Fine, don't care, this is a 2021 EX-L without the navigation. Does it have a GPS for hondalink & time? Why would it stop working?

But the clock is set to Timezone London (GMT) and 6pm. I cannot change it - setting manually and disabling the "automatic" setting works but the next time I start the car it's 6pm again.

Come. On. At least it's not a blinking "12:00" but it's close.

Wait for the next failure before bringing it to the dealer?

Well, it was in a garage. Drove it around for a few hours which should have found the sky clearly.

Another infotainment failure I suppose. I'll expect my dash to be torn apart on it's first oil change.
Just as well. The front column tweeters don't work at all, never have.

The Passport has some kind of GPS module even if it doesn't have Nav for the HondaLink system.
Is your vehicle parked underground where there is no GPS signal?

That is pretty weird. Maybe perform a reset? There is some new updates just came out, maybe try updating your system?

The dealership found the problem with bad GPS (which caused the clock to reset to 6pm GMT on every startup). That also fixed an issue present since delivery last fall, the front pillar tweeters not working.

They replaced a "infotainment control unit" and all is good. Kudos to Honda Service Invergrove Hgts in MN
