Cannot Change Mode on Radio via Steering Wheel Control

2020 Elite w/ Display Audio. On the steering wheel, I do not have the source button, I have the "go back" arrow. According to the manual, I should be able to go from AM to FM to Sirius, etc. using the up and down arrows. This doesn't work. Am I missing something?

Page 116 in the Owner's Manual, not the Guide, shows how to "show/hide apps on the dash screen.
