does anybody else have problems with brakes squealing on the passport touring? I brought to dealer and they said it’s because it’s sitting 8 hours or more which I don’t buy that crap!! Any suggestions would be helpful
I’ve never had a brand new car do that ever and I’ve had many new cars. Just doesn’t make senseIf you are referring to brake noise after the car sits overnight and then goes away after the first few applications of the brakes, it's normal. This usually occurs as rust forms overnight on the rotors if they get wet.

Did you bed the brakes when you bought it? When I picked mine up from the dealer it was the first thing I did on the way home.does anybody else have problems with brakes squealing on the passport touring? Sorry I don’t know what that means. Can you explain for me please. I didn’t do anything but drive it home. It’s a 2020 bought brand new and I’m just baffled by this.Did you bed the brakes when you bought it? When I picked mine up from the dealer it was the first thing I did on the way home.

If the noises go away after the first couple of applications of the brakes on the first drive of the day- I wouldn’t worry about it. My rotors are already rusting away on the hub near the wheel studs on a two month old 2021. It’s low grade inexpensive rotor material for sure.I’ve never had a brand new car do that ever and I’ve had many new cars. Just doesn’t make sense

WOW that’s not good only two months. I had an suv Nissian pathfinder older one and it never did this. I just think for brand new cars they need to start using better materials or something because Honda’s are suppose to be good cars.If the noises go away after the first couple of applications of the brakes on the first drive of the day- I wouldn’t worry about it.
