Every Honda I've ever owned (going back to the 80's) has that noise.
Brakes squeak after being parked outside for a few hours
I realize this can happen from the rotors surface rust, but they always look shiny. It usually goes away after the first mile or so.

I’ve noticed that too pretty much every time I leave now. Just the first time I use the brakes and then it’s gone.
Take a close look the next time you approach the vehicle--is there moisture on the rotors? Guessing there might have been condensation that is gone after a short while.
