2019 Touring went into the shop for the infotainment bulletin and I told them in addition I was experiencing a blue screen (and sometimes snow) should I turn the car off and turn it back on within a short amount of time. They said there were a bunch of error codes that they cleared and to bring it back in if it happens again so they can see the error code.

It happened again within a few days and I brought it back in. They replaced the connections per the bulletin and said it should fix the problem but it came back within a week of the work. I am due to go back in tomorrow (09Nov2020)

Anyone else experience this strange issue with their infotainment? Any resolutions?

Sounds like a unique issue, but does sound like it's tied to the connector/connections (loose or defective), it could be the opposite end of what they replaced...

good luck...
