Gonna need black lugs - OEM's are crazy expensive
Searched here and everything a bit old but I think it was cheferman? that pointed out these covers. Seems legit. Or I could paint them? or lot's of inexpensive options on line. Thinking the covers may be the way to go. Wondering if they fit over my lock nuts too?
Thoughts?
TIA

Be careful when buying aftermarket lug nuts (spline drive or hex) to install on Honda OEM or HPD wheels. Honda & HPD wheels require use of lug nuts with ball-style seats, while most aftermarket wheels & aftermarket lug nuts are acorn or tapered seats. Earlier thread had much info about the differences:

Thanks for that! I did see something about this mentioned here somewhere - maybe when I checked the older threads?
had no idea about cones or balls etc. found a good image on the differences

Thinking I may use lugs I already have and either paint or put on caps?

Tapered lug nuts are perfectly acceptable to use in place of ball seated lug nuts. You simply grab a set of ball seat adapters to fit. Available at any local auto parts for about 20 bucks a set.
