When I was deciding on black, orange or red - I got a paint sample card from home depot that was close to the brake caliper paint colors and then just put it over the calipers with my wheels on, stepped back and knew the answer immediately. I went with the red because of the KMC logo.

MJ - did you powder coat your wheels? I don’t remember this, but then there is so much to retain on here!
btw - I just realized with my photo how clean my Passport used to be…🤣

Haha, clean it was. And will be again! Winter is almost over. Love your tire/wheel/red caliper setup.
Yes, I had them powder coated matte black.
Rattle canned the rotors myself. They are holding up just fine.

Wowww it is shinny what color is it? Did you have it ceramic coated? Super nice. My rims are gray and I was thinking of black calipers what do you think?

Modern Steel. No ceramic coat. I just had a lot of time and it never rained in SoCal., so I washed it a lot and put wax on it twice a year. Now living in coastal Oregon my Passport is constantly dirty and my anxiety is always high about it!
