Bright is good but do you think they're too bright?
As a reasonable adult (I can't believe I just admitted that) I would have to be truthful and say that they're probably too bright. However, I do like knowing that everyone around me will know when I'm changing lanes...and if I have my hazards on...EVERYONE will see it. (so, I'm not sure what TOO BRIGHT means...but I think they're the brightest that I've ever seen on a vehicle)
I've never paid attention to the brightness of turn signal lights before...and now that I've been looking...there are some that are VERY low intensity and some that are almost as bright as I think these lasfits are.

I DO like that the Lasfit turn signals are so bright that they illuminate a good amount of the sides when blinking...you can clearly notice in the side-views.

I'm keeping them. I'll be careful at night when sitting waiting to turn when someone is behind me and we're just waiting. It's also cool to light up almost the entire parking lot when remote starting. :)

Thanks for taking the time to give me such a thorough answer, I do appreciate it.

I've just installed the Lasfit front and rear turn signal LEDs. Boy, they are bright, especially the rear ones but I really like the look. I'm so pleased with them in fact that I'm also going to go ahead and order the backup LEDs too.

Great to know, I'm thinking of doing this bulb changeover as well, can you post the part number? Did ya get them on Amazon?

Yes, I did get the turn signal LEDs from Amazon but the backups had sold out so I ordered them directly from Lasfit.

I've been running around with my Lasfit LED's for over 2 months now and have to say I'm very pleased with them. And as I stated in my previous posts I don't think you can have "Too Bright" a turn signal now a days with so many distracted drivers. As djmoose stated they actually work pretty good as side illumination, especially on dark back rural roads! If my wife's 2018 CRV didn't have the integrated LED turn signals that it does have it would be outfitted with Lasfits also. They are worth every penny I spent on them. I feel Honda should have made LED turn signals stock along with the LED head lights on the Passports.

I'm not really concerned with their brightness; I've never heard of anyone getting a ticket for overly bright turn signals. ;)

I don't know how they compare with the stock bulbs in terms of temperature, but I hope they don't melt anything when they've been on for a long time, especially on the hottest summer days.

I found this interesting bit of info on the Lasfit website:

"Each bulb has a built-in Intelligent Temperature Control System (ITCS). If the bulb is left turned-on for an extended period of time, roughly over 5 minutes depending on the working environment temperature, then it will begin to hyper flash. This is the built-in Intelligent Temperature Control System warning you the LED bulb is getting too hot.
All you have to do is turn off it for a few minutes, in order for it to cool down, and it will go back to functioning properly. This is very common, so don't get worried or concerned if it happens to you."

Beachbum07, here are the Lasfit lights I'm using in my PP Elite. They are excellent quality LEDs and I've been running with them for about 5-6 weeks now and very very pleased with them. There are certainly cheaper ones on the market but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

Beechbum07, I think you will be equally pleased with the interior LED. The attached cell phone shots are with no flash in a completely dark garage.

Gray_Beard thanks for those pics!! Very helpful for others considering the LED swap out. I’ll try to do before and after videos of the turn signal and reverse light swaps.

I agree. I honestly didn’t understand why you folks were so excited about swapping out all of your lights until I saw Gray_Beard’s pics. Now I’m thinking about it.

I only did the interiors, but they look so awesome, I wish I had done it sooner and they only cost around $13 bucks, some of the exterior bulbs are quite a bit more, which will quite a bit more contemplation...

I swapped my rear turn signals for the LasFit LED specified on this thread. They look great BUT... My right turn signal if left on begins flashing very fast. Generally i don't think i will have my turn signal on for as long as I have to keep it on to get this to happen but nonetheless, I am wondering if anyone else has had this happen? Thank you for your input.

Curious have you tried to swap the left to the right and vise versa to see if the problem follows the LED? If it does I would call their customer service, I haven't had the need to do so but I've heard they work hard to keep their customers happy. They may send you a new one. Who knows they could say it might have a bad resistor...It worth a try.
