Hello !

For those of you that already have a Passport and got the Gray interior, what are your thoughts on that interior color?

I want a White Passport... I'm not really lovin' the Gray seats, they seem a bit "blah" to me. I'd much rather have the Black seats BUT there are zero White w/ Black interior Passports to be found anywhere in my area and beyond. My choice is to go for the Gray or wait until more Passports are built and distributed and hope there's a White/Black in the mix.

Just curious to hear what the "Passport Gray interior" folks have to say about the color.

Thanks! :)

I agree on the “blah” factor. I’ve never been a fan of gray interiors though I don’t recall noticing it in any of the Passports I glanced at before going with my white with the black interior ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Because if there’s anything the white Passport needs, it’s more black. El. Oh. El.

I think the so-called gray "interior" is a bit of a misnomer; its really only the leather seats that are gray. The dash, doors, carpet etc. on both the black and gray interiors remain black (which I think is more of a dark charcoal gray). If someone has seen different, please set me straight.

Perhaps, but that's the most prominent part(s) of the interior. Look inside the Gray interior Passport and the color you "see" is Gray.
I agree with you :). My preferred choice is the black interior. I just wanted to highlight the difference for those who haven't seen both yet, since in some other makes/models more than just the seat color changes (sometimes dash and door trim and carpet also) with an interior color change..

I guess it depends on the trim you are looking for. Based on Honda configurator for Passport, the Gray interior for White Passport available only on Elite. All Touring and below come with Black interior only.

We have the gray in our CRV and will be the gray in our Passport as well. I use leather cleaner and conditioner 2x/year and they stay looking very nice. The picture above is very washed out. The seats are darker. We wanted the gray as we will be living in FL for most of this vehicle's life span. My wife doesn't want to get into a hot seat.

I'm in FL too. But everything I've read said that the exterior color of the car has way more to do with the temperature inside the car than the interior color does.

Yes, but, She Who Must Be Obeyed says she doesn't want to get into a car with hot, black seats! :)

I am really struggling with the interior color choice for my planned Modern Steel Elite. The interior of the Passport (dash, trim, console, carpet, etc.) is all black, with absolutely zero contrast. I wish the headliner was gray or something to break up the darkness of the interior. I think the gray seats add some life and a sense of luxury to the interior, but I know Black is probably the more practical choice.

Here are a couple pics I found that I think more closely represent the true color of the gray interior.

I like the grey interior. That’s the first good close up pictures that I have seen. I have black interior and exterior which I like for my car. But I think I would like the grey interior too.
