Seems several of us have issue with extreme wind noise at a door or doors and I've read postings of this being on the different models of the PP. I've had noise at the front passenger side door since new and recently with colder weather of 25 degrees now notice some noise at the driver's side rear door. The factory weather stripping is tubular rubber and seems to be of minimal size, especially if factory manufacturing tolerances of the metal components (doors and body openings) are at the marginal tolerance acceptable at manufacturing and perhaps not create a good pressure point when doors are closed. Any of you aware of a company(s) that produces "oversize" rubber components for the PP? I have a 19 Touring. Since my driver's door and passenger side rear door are quiet, I'm thinking perhaps the inside matchline of the door and door frame are at the extreme side of manufacturing tolerances and the rubber doesn't compress as much to create a good seal. The exterior of the doors to body are of perfect positioning in appearance, thus, thinking it's the side of the door to door opening might not be the best. Luckily, I have NO water leaks, whether it's rain or carwash. Any of you that has posted in the past about wind/road noise at a door or doors and found a solution please share with us. Today on the interstate and driving 70 mph the sound seem the passenger door was ajar or window not closed. btw, windows already been checked and are not the issue. TIA

I've wondered the same thing regarding the weatherstrip. I've noticed moisture in the door jambs after a wash so obviously the seal isn't very good. Mine looked like it was coming off but the svc dept showed me that it's only connected in a few spots and not the entire length of the weatherstrip.
