Question, why the need for a screen on the Dash LCD? Glare? Protection? Just curious . . . .
8” Screen Protector
Anyone install a screen protector on the 8” LCD on the Passport?
Doing a quick look on Amazon there’s a bunch of them. My main concern in putting a screen protector on is the it leaving residue when removed that can’t be gotten off.
Don’t really care if its tempered glass or plastic.

Protection.
Although I think the PP one is better, my old one on a 2008 Infiniti had some damage done to it through use.

I think touch screen LCD's have greatly evolved since your '08 Infinity. As this is my first touch screen car, this is not from experience but just opinion. Good luck with yours. KenProtection.

i got one from amazon, not worth it really. first one broke. second one always has a bubble. i dont know why i did it lol.
This is my second car with a touch screen. I never used a protector on my last one and had no issues at all. 15 Accord.
It took me three times (and 3 orders) to install my screen protector.
First one was so crooked, second was too far to the left. Third one worked like a charm.
Got it from this place, I’d suggest ordering two and ask them for a deal on just one install kit.
