265/60/18 seems to be the popular size when downsizing to 18” rims, is that because they are the closest in size to the stock 20’s ?

Is anyone running the BFG All-Terrain KO’s in that size ? Curious of rubbing issues

The original 245x50R20 tire found on the Passport EX-L and Sport has a height of 29.6".
The original 265x45R20 tire found on the Elite and Touring models has a height of 29.4".
I went with a 245x60R18 snow tire on my EX-L that has a height of 29.6" to keep the speedometer accurate.
The 265x60R18 has a height of 30.5". I'm not sure if there will be any clearance issues going .9" taller.

I have 265/60/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Very similar to the BFG KO. Rubs ever so slightly at full lock. Doesn’t bother me one bit.

I'm running 265/60-18 Continental Terrain Contact AT on 2019 18" Ridgeline wheels and have no rubbing whatsoever.
