Driving in to work this morning I had my Air Condition set to auto and to sync with the passenger AC. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but if you have sync turned on the Rear AC comes on automatically.
When I set the AC to 64 ❄ the front AC is was blowing cool air and felt comfortable. I reached into the back seat to grab my umbrella off the floor board at a stop light and noticed the air coming out of the rear blowers was very warm almost hot 🔥.
Is there a separate sensor for the rear AC? Why would it come out hot when the front AC is blowing cold and the system is synced. I hate the idea that I’m comfortable in the front seat and I’m inadvertently baking my passengers in the rear seat. If I set the AC all the way to LO it forced cool air from rear blowers, but anything above 50s had heat blowing for the rear AC. 🤦♂️
