Who makes the Honda Passport Speakers?

Honda sourced them from other people. No idea which brand.

No manufacturer is shown on the speaker. At least they aren't paper cones. I replaced my door speakers with JBLs....HUGE improvement!!

Nice work, I would like some MB Quart in mine, I used to have them a long time ago in my 1993 Civic. I saw some where a guy swapped the tweeters in the door pillars and they looked awesome, probably sounded a lot better too!
