Well naturally I've just bought our my lease to see the '22 grille ..... Do you think it's possible to replace the stock 19 Grille with the 22 grille? All the parts "look" the same just positioned different .... Thoughts?

Looking at the headlight I don't think so

No. The whole front end is different. You will need the whole front clip maybe even more.

Maybe the Ridgeline grill would work?
