2021 Elite with many accessories added on plus an 8 year HondaCare Warranty - $49,961 before financing fees/taxes. Probably overpaid a bit, but oh well - it was my first new-car buying experience. Glad I got that out of my system...my last vehicle was an '02 Odyssey that ran 301,000 miles before giving up the goat. We'll see how long I can keep this one going 😎

Congratulations! What color did you get and we love photos!

Sounds like a better deal than I got!
My Elite AWD in April 2019, > $46,497.00
$50,827.00 includes tax, doc fees, etc...with NO add ones, not even a Honda keychain!
They saw this sucker pull in the parking lot with a 2006 CRV and dreamy eyes!
I also had been searching for it in CA, AZ, and NV in the Touring model since I first saw a rendering in December. Never found a Touring in MSM, but the Elite arrived and I drove down to OC from San Jose Monday morning, bought it, and drove back to SJ on Tuesday (I was working up there).

The price was probably helped by the fact that I bought it in Colorado after my Ody broke down over there mid-camping/hiking/backpacking-trip...I'm guessing there's less dealer overhead there, what with lower taxes and all. Either way, thar she blows! And just to publicly profess my adoration for that '02...

Got discounted from the price what accessories they didn't have on-hand and couldn't get shipped over in time that I cared to have - minor things like the seatback/sidewall protectors, so I have some ordering to do from the OEM accessory sites that I've seen posted here. Big thanks to all of you folks who make thoughtful posts here - the adhesive velcro strips beneath the mat trick is going to be implemented, as are some LED reversing lights. VCM also being a concern reliability-wise...I'm slowly crawling my way through the many helpful posts here and taking notes! So thanks again, everyone!

2021 EX-L FWD Modern Steel Metallic, black interior. Sticker was $37,530 + $1,952 dealer added accessories.
What we paid:
$34,995 vehicle price
$500 SC sales tax
$400 dealer fee
~$100 tag
OTD a smidge under $36,000
Dealer added options we initially didn't care for are now pleased they're on the vehicle are: mud flaps, wheel locks, nitrogen, custom cargo mat, window tint and Aquapel glass treatment.
Took a bit to get there, but I think we got a good deal. It was basically $500 more than what we had negotiated on a 2020 vehicle.

This was with zero negotiations. While I did have a friend that worked at the dealership (for BMW) he helped the process to check my credit and find out all of the Honda incentives I had based on my credit. All they did was go to Honda.com, tell me to configure the vehicle I want with any options to get an MSRP. Then they reviewed by credit rating, gave me $1000 incentive for being a current Honda owner, and confirmed I qualified for 1.9% interest for 60 months.
This was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle in over 20 years.

Wow! Guess it helps to know someone in the biz 😎 great job! I'm also very jealous (along with ProdGirl, I'm sure) of these low tax rates that everyone not living in the Democratic People's Republic of California have to pay! Great deal!! Post a pic!

21 Elite 40,709 after about 400 in accessories. Hardly any sales tax as I got fortunate on my MDX trade in that was very near value owed on it.

THAT is what I'm talking about!
2020 Touring AWD in Modern Steel Metallic, there was some brief negotiation, no loyalty credit etc (only Honda product I've owned was an MDX around 2014-15).

Vehicle Price: $39,200
Delivery: $1,000
Doc Fee: $150
Trip Permits (2): 92.50
Total Balance: $40,442.50

I purchased out of state and had it trucked to me, hence the delivery fee. There is no sales tax in either states.
10% off msrp generally seems very doable..

I bought my 2021 passport sport right off the delivery truck as I was getting my car serviced I watched them unload it and started thinking about driving it home , the msrp was $34,075 , doesn’t really have any options or accessories added to it , dealer took $1000 off but I negotiated a little because other area dealers were advertising them for $31999, when it was all said and done I ended up getting them to settle on a sale price Of $31,500 before tax title and license

I'd give that 2 thumbs up!

Is it a 2021? If so I'd maybe give that 3 thumbs up! And with 0% PP financing it's a overall winner...

Heated wheel is a bit more than I paid for mine - BUT I didn't get that much discount & had thought I'd done ok on my deal,,

$800 processing fee is BS but the discount, IMO, is big time. So even with that fee I would 100% buy that PP.

My only comment is to be sure you knew that wireless charging dos NOT provide wireless CarPlay/AndroidAuto - so for me, I chose to skip that option as I need to plug it in anyway for my CarPlay..

Nice job!

Thank you. didnt take me long to get that deal since i have to replace my totaled civic, and i started at it last night.. most want 37k before taxes. my only thing ill fight for is discounting the doc fees, which is 4800 in va, down to $500 like they do in MD.

im looking at the wireless charging simply as a secondary one without cables. i tend to break them or my charge port lol.
