I had a 2015 CRV that would beep when I was backing down my driveway and a car approached to pass behind me. My new 2021 Passport Elite is not beeping under the same conditions. It only seems to beep in parking lots when in reverse. Is it working properly?

I have the paper printed version.
My page 486 is about tire pressure monitoring.
Because there is a discrepancy, between our owner's manuals, here is what have in my book:

The "P" button needs to be green. It's to the left of the steering wheel. If it is not "green", the following step 5 will be grayed out and unavailable.

My page 545 shows to turn on/off all rear sensors.
My page 547 tells how the Cross Traffic Sys works.
My page 549 shows how to use the "audio/information screen to turn Cross Traffic System On/Off:
1. On the radio display screen press "Home" icon.
2. Settings
3. Camera
4. Rear Camera
5. Cross Traffic Monitor
6. On or Off

There is a note on page 549...The system can also be turned on and off, on the audio/information screen, by pressing the "CTM" icon.

The manual they put in the glove box is missing a lot of information. I have no idea why Honda does this. The should put the full manual in the vehicle.

Thank you so much, this was exactly what I needed! For some reason my cross traffic notification was “off” from factory.
