Ordered new ones online (BKHonda) since we just purchased our 2021 Elite. Instructions are pretty useless - but my real question is there are 8 thumbwheel screws, but only 6 of the flat(ish) metal piece that fits into the crossbar. Sent an email to where I bought them, but wondering if anyone can tell me if I'm missing a couple of pieces.

The box was undamaged and everything is in great condition.

There should be 8 T-nuts (the flat bits that slide inside the rails).
