Actually, you can tell us any other details you want, but the above are the most helpful!

By the way, your choice of color of your PP is superb. It's also the color of my Elite.

You are correct. That is Msrp plus fees. No discount at all. I suggest everyone start asking to see the dealer invoice for the vehicle. Let's see what the dealers are paying for these vehicles.

Let them sit on their lot and they can keep paying interest.
They don’t show you dealer invoice or will they if you ask?
Carguru has invoice prices on the Passport so now you can see some of the potential profit margin by charging MSRP prices. For example MSRP for a Passport Elite is $43,680 and invoice is $39,916.
With AWD?
By the way, your choice of color of your PP is superb. It's also the color of my Elite.

Just purchased my used 2019 AWD Passport Sport with ~7,100 miles for $26,667 before taxes and fees in Illinois. Dealer has a "one price" policy so they wouldn't budge at all. Now I'm seeing people got OTD prices that were nearly the same when new models were still available, and I'm jealous! However, the "Real Deal" tool linked from the dealers website showed that it was the best price within 700 miles.

You will always find others that secured better deals. I've learned that as long as you are happy with what you got, to try not to get too consumed with the fact that others paid less. Especially if you did your research for your area.

Congrats on the Passport. I'm sure you're going to love it!

Not to pile on, but that sounds high to me too...

Welcome and enjoy..
Well I bought my 2019 passport 1.17.21. I had 5 Subarus prior to this Honda. Kind of on the fence, now that I've got it, but too late now. I'm compiling my loves and dislikes for a different post. Keep in mind my main attraction was the look (cladding), the room (from my Outback), and the technology (Outback had none - 2013)

Model Purchased - New 2019 Passport Elite AWD (83 miles)
Accessories Added - Adventure Package A - $2,851
MSRP
$43.680
Doc fee/Registration (California)/random fee (electronic charge) - $85.00/$563.75/$30.00 -$673.75
Tax - $3,036.03
OTD = $45,500

Sold 2013 Outback private party - $11,000

I was looking at the Ascent, loved the new interior with rear seat captains chairs as an option, but read the reviews and was disappointed to see how low it was rated, hence why I bought my Passport. The Outback is too sissy looking now, the Forester is too boxy, Crosstrek too small and underpowered. So here we are.

Interesting to see a fellow Subi owner here.. especially after you have owned 5 Subarus..
I own a 2001 Forester L which I do every single repair on, including a full engine overhaul I did myself due to their infamous H/G leak, now the motor is like new, no more leaks!

But I'm also a long time Honda owner.. coming back for more.
I've owned all type of Hondas before: Fit, Civic Coupe & Sedan, Hatchback, Si, CR-V, Odyssey and even a beautiful 2004 Silverstone S2000 w/ red/black interior which I miss dearly..

Our newer addition:
2019 DSP Passport Sport with black interior
Paid around $27K out the door, car has 18K miles and so far, we love it!

New owner of 2019 Elite AWD with 17,500 miles purchased on February 6. We purchased for $35,500 miles and got the dealer to match Carvana offer for our trade. I have owned several accords and a Odyssey van throughout the years. This SUV seemed to hit all the marks of what we were looking for. Glad to be here!

Model Purchased: '19 PP Touring 2WD - Modern Steel Metallic w/black interior (purchased new NOV 2019)
Accessories Added: Dealer included front/rear/cargo all weather mats, splash guards and cargo cover. Paid $585 for the towing package (w/out cooler).
MSRP----------------------- $40,375
Discount off MSRP-------- $4,850
Vehicle Traded------------- 2014 Subaru Forester Touring
Trade-in down payment--- $11,500
Price out the door: $25,920

We were planning on trading the Forester due to its faulty CVT but before we could, someone lost their load on the highway and took out most of the front end. Dealer made a better offer than us having it repaired though a claim. Once we took possession, we added running boards, front door window tint and 3M clear protection (hood, front bumper, fenders and door cups/handles/edges).
