Hey Jeff, maybe I missed it, but you did disable your ANC, right?

I did disable the ANC, but I think it is disabled by removing the factory radio anyway.

Perhaps, if you are not getting any weird reverberations, it's probably ok. It has more to do with the sub than the regular speakers...

So, I didn't really get an answer here or the short answer. Can the OEM radio in the sport be replaced with the carplay scree (OEM P/N: 39710-TG7-A01). Is so, do you need
any other components to make a it work. The local Honda dealer said they have never done this. I can imagine it hasn't been done to upgrade the sport media to mimic the
EX-L media.

Probably NOT, as the different models use different Wiring Harnesses...

Seems so, you could get an aftermarket Audison DSP Amp and their B-Con unit to stream Bluetooth, talk to a local car Stereo retailer...
