      A momento from our recent road trip...

      The dreaded "exploding sunroof"? It was like driving in a wind tunnel on the entire return trip. Sunroof has been replaced and cost covered by my vehicle's glass insurance. I will be applying a protective film for some added protection or hold the shattered glass in place.

      My new 2019 passport, with just 4500 miles had my sunroof spontaneously explode today. I was less than five miles out of my garage on a flag clear roadway with ambient temp of about 68 degrees. There were no other vehicles near, and no debris, but my sunroof exploded. It was terrifying and I was just coming up to highway speed. My dealership Service writer told me he’d never heard of This happening before. I showed him your post. They have my passport. Let’s see what happens next.
