Pick up one of these type compact booster packs. There are many different ones like this available. Easy to store and easy to use, I got one for my not mechanically inclined sister and she loves it. I hope your battery was still covered by the warranty.

Thank you, that should probably work. When we jumped the battery it literally took maybe 5 seconds of it being charged and the vehicle started right up like normal without issue. And yes the battery should be covered under the 3/36 warranty should it need to be replacedPick up one of these type compact booster packs. There are many different ones like this available. Easy to store and easy to use, I got one for my not mechanically inclined sister and she loves it. I hope your battery was still covered by the warranty.

I bought this after see a AAA service truck using one after my regular booster pack died. I actually bought a second one for my sister who is a school teacher and she used it more than me helping her fellow teachers with a jump. Much easier to store and the lithium batteries in it discharge at a much lower rate so you don’t have to keep topping it off as much. Comes in a nice case with all leads and even charging cables for your phone or laptop( comes in handy during a power outage) You can usually get it cheaper when it’s on sale at Harbor freight.

These are great to keep in your vehicle for jump starting. Much smaller and easier to store and work great. I purchased my first one after seeing a AAA service truck use one to jumpstart a dead battery. I had one of the big bulky booster packs and when it finally died I purchased one of these. I purchased a second one for my sister to keep in her car. She is a schoolteacher and not mechanically inclined at all and was so proud of herself when she used it to help boost a fellow teachers car when the battery died. You can usually get it cheaper when it runs on sale at Harbor freight but there are many different models and types of this available in a wide variety of price ranges. I have the Harbor Freight one and it works great.

These type jump starters are great. Compact and powerful. I have this Harbor Freight one. You can usually get it on sale for $69 dollars. I even bought one for my sister who has no mechanical ability and she loves it. She is so proud that she jump started her own car and even helped her friends.

I carry one of these. Haven’t carried cables in years. Also there is a thread on here that shows you how to install a bolt in a unused hole under the hood to attach the ground without removing all the cowling and air box.

Thanks. That power pack looks sweet. I'd have to buy it for all 4 of my vehicles though as I like to have the ability to get myself jumped or help others no matter what vehicle I'm driving. The bolt is a nice idea (and I think I'm going to do that) if I'm the one in the need of a jump in the PP but if I'm jumping someone else I don't think that would help me. Or I'm just way off base here... If I'm jumping someone else I always do red to dead (pos terminal), red to donor (pos terminal), black to donor (neg terminal), black to bare metal on dead. So I would need to access that negative terminal on the PP to jump someone. Or I should just take your advice and get 4 power packs. Thanks again.Easy ground connection.
