Thanks for your input. . It sounds like quite a process. Courtesy car driver will take me to Olive Garden. That will take care of some of the wait. They have a real good service department. No worries!

I got a call from Honda service writer about AC fix, he said about 5 hours to do. I live 60 miles from dealer and don't like the idea of sitting in their showroom for 5 hours. 2 or 3 hours not bad but 5 hours. I am going to try to get them to pay my gas. Any input.

5 hours is a long time to set at the dealership, but what they are tell in is about right, you could go home after the diagnosis and come back for the repair, that would spread the waiting time across 2 days.

Hey Gary.... I noticed you have the Weather Tech mats... question for you, do they go all the way and include under and up behind the gas pedal? I bought the Honda All weather mats but they are a little disappointing as they are cut at the base of the throttle pedal (does not go behind) and don't really protect the dead pedal on the left. These are areas that get trashed from salty shoes.

The WeatherTechs do go up behind the gas pedal, I have a picture but I don’t know how to post it?
